Silent Note

Silent Note is a quiet heroine, which befits her powers, to the chagrin of many others. She's known to assist other heroes when they need to perform an operation they need to keep quiet, but is also the bane of many psychics, as her powers severely impede their ability to operate. Some wonder if she's powerful enough to even deter Shadowmind, but the two have never been involved in incidents in the same area. She often works to hunt down SMOKE, as she directly counters most of their abilities, and they appear to hate her a great deal.

The heroine is based in Portland, Oregon, but is known to move up and down the coast as she's needed, and occasionally travels to other cities as well.

Special abilities

Silent Note has heightened physical abilities, focusing primarily on speed over power, and is on the low end of a class B super on the whole. Her primary power is her ability to muffle and disrupt communication, disabling most electronic communications if they aren't in the same room as one another, and even causing sound to fade ten times as quickly as normal. Of particular note is that Silent Note's abilities even function on magical or psychic communication, and most psychics dread being near her when she activates her ability, as she is almost a living astral storm to their senses, severely weakening them in her vicinity.

Apparel & Accessories

Silent Note's outfit is a mixture of steel gray and white that appears designed to disappear into fog. This is complemented by her often carrying grenades that create broad smoke clouds that interfere with many sensors.
