Silent Lightning

A villainous mercenary, Silent Lightning is willing to take any job, no matter how cruel or dangerous, so long as the price is right. He sneers at those who try to lecture him, and usually will attempt to strike in the middle of conversations to get the upper hand, earning him a poor reputation, one which he revels in.

Silent Lightning is considered a Class A superhuman.

Special abilities

Silent Lightning is a speedster with an unusual amount of strength, and his abilities allow him to move without almost any sound, including not displacing air around him. He's able to change directions extremely rapidly, dodging most attacks, which is important as his durability isn't as high as most speedsters of his abilities.

Apparel & Accessories

Silent Lightning favors a dark gray suit with a black lightning theme that is armored against most forms of attack, though it is light enough it can't give a great deal of protection. He also carries numerous smoke bombs for making escapes or disorienting heroes while he fights.
