Ruby Cacophony

A flamboyant, larger-than-life heroine, Ruby Cacophony is an up-and-coming heroine whose powers are almost designed to attract attention, and some of the heroes she lives near find her 'help' to be almost as headache-inducing as the villains. She's based out of Vancouver, Canada, but does quite a bit of traveling. She is considered a class B superhuman.

Physical Description

Special abilities

Bursts of light and sound around her that range from just enough to disrupt cameras and microphones to living a living fireworks display to a series of flashbangs in succession. These are typically in multiple colours and pitches. Good physical boosts, but not exceptional. She has detailed control with intense concentration, but when not concentrating it's fairly random. Larger areas mean lower intensity. A disruptive display could cover a moderately-sized gymnasium, while she could disable people in a smaller room (~20 yards/meters on a side).
