Pyroclasm IV

The first Pyroclasm was one of the earliest known individuals with super powers. He appeared in 1943, a few months after the rise of Dracula, and took the field on the side of Germany, incinerating those who opposed him. Only through great sacrifices was he defeated, including that of a handful of people who showed superhuman abilities before their deaths.   Many people find it frustrating that the Third Reich was never entirely destroyed in the aftermath of World War 2, and Pyroclasm is still more evidence that the organization still exists somewhere in the underworld. The fourth villain of his title, Pyroclasm IV is a hard-bitten, muscular, brutish man who delights in causing as much collateral damage as possible when in the field. He often functions as a mercenary, working for other villains when the price is right.

One of the secrets that disturb others is how each Pyroclasm is created. Somehow the Third Reich is able to bestow the same set of powers on every Pyroclasm, and some people claim that each one has been stronger than the last, though it's unknown if this is true or not. Either way, they must have a limitation to this, as there has never been more than one Pyroclasm at a time.

Pyroclasm is considered a Class A superhuman. He wears a fire-themed red and orange outfit composed of dozens of armored plates, almost like the skin of a snake.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Pyroclasm's eyes are blue when he's in mundane guise, turning orange when he is in his super form.

Special abilities

Pyroclasm IV is capable of flight and is able to generate devastating blasts of heat and flame which he can manipulate freely within close to a half-mile of himself. Add to this incredible toughness and strength, and he's an extremely difficult villain for most groups to fight.   He is unaffected by ordinary ice attacks, but potentially vulnerable to some forms of magical ice.
