Professor Roboto

Professor Roboto is a villain known for his transforming robots and mechs, which he often sells to other villains, but he has been known to attack different locations on his own as well. He rarely acts in person, as he's something of a coward when it comes to personal safety, and he can't stand the sight of blood. This is why most of his equipment uses energy weaponry.

Professor Roboto is considered a Class A superhuman.

Professor Roboto is an inventor, and as such is quite weak in personal combat, assuming he doesn't simply surrender when threatened. He is capable of building elaborate transforming mechs and robots that don't appear to be dangerous to most scans, and also can build heavy weaponry. While he is able to build other devices, generally he doesn't. His home base is rumored to be a transforming container ship, but many people are skeptical.
