Military Research Center, San Mateo

The military research center in San Mateo conducts secret medical R&D. It is run by Doctor Juran, who is one of twelve staff members.
The building's security includes extensive cameras and a laser grid, as well as magical warding against extra-planar intrusion. Four cyber-enhanced soldiers and six normal soldiers are on guard at all times.
