Megawatt

No one is entirely certain why Megawatt became a mercenary villain. The man is brilliant in an entirely mundane fashion, and according to the records different organizations have dug up, he learned without the benefit of college or university training, being entirely self-taught beyond high school. Regardless of his motives, the big man is a famed mercenary in the criminal underworld, and is at grudgingly respected by many heroes, though they rarely approve of his methods.
He has a base in an old warehouse on the outskirts of Tracy which he has used regularly for approximately a year and a half.
Megawatt is considered a Class A villain, at least when he possesses his armor.

Physical Description

Special abilities

Megawatt isn't exceptional on most fronts, except for his ability to generate electricity at will from his body. He has leveraged the ability for his power armor, which he builds with heavier energy weapons and shields than the vast majority of other heroes or villains can power. While not a full Inventor, Megawatt is a capable engineer, and is somewhat tougher and stronger than he appears.
