Imperial Force
Imperial Force is a super villain who claims to be descended of an alternate line of inheritance of England's throne, and that he's going to reclaim his throne and make England the preeminent power of Earth again.
He says that he is staying away from England for now as he is trying to rebuild the nation's outer territories. However, it's an open secret that last time he was in England he was soundly beaten by one of King Arthur's knights, and so Imperial Force has avoided the country ever since.
