Flicker
Despite being one of the less powerful members of the New York Champions, Flicker is considered one of the organizations most popular members, due to how friendly and active he is. He's constantly on the move, both in performing acts of heroism and participating in youth outreach programs, making him one of the most beloved heroes in the region. He's considered a class B hero, and is known to be in a romantic relationship with Arcanist.

Special abilities
Flicker is capable of short-range teleportation with every movement he makes, as well as being skilled in a variety of martial arts. His affinity for teleportation allows him to bypass many defenses when he punches, and he can even step between worlds at thin points.
