Ember Fox

Ember Fox is a villain who ranges between Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming, and he's best known for his tendency to ambush trains to make off with items he finds interesting, most of which aren't terribly valuable. He's odd, and few heroes consider him a major threat.

Ember Fox is considered a Class B superhuman.

Ember Fox is a shapeshifter, capable of shifting partially or fully into the form of a huge red fox wreathed in flame, which is capable of overpowering most opponents and shrugging off a great deal of punishment. He has also learned a little magic, though he primarily focuses on illusions to play up his belief that he's a kitsune.
