Charles Corvus

Charles Corvus is the head of security at the Paragon City Arms, and takes his job extremely seriously, with as heavy of security as it has, and the individuals who stay there. Away from work he's much more relaxed, but he is considered no-nonsense by most of those who work for him, and doesn't put up with poor behavior.

Charles is believed to be a superhuman, but no one knows what his powers are or their rank.
