The calm tactician of the Reno Ragers, Blue Rager is one of the teams more analytical members who has less of a public presence. Due to this, the team's leader often sends him out to try to encourage Blue Rager to build up more personal support.

Special abilities
Blue Rager has a couple of powers, primarily enhanced strength and toughness, but he also has a supernatural ability to manipulate his whip, allowing him to strike unerringly even into a melee. He also wears an armored suit with both thermal and electrical insulation to help him survive battles. His primary weapon is his skill with martial arts and ability to coordinate with other members of the Reno Ragers, which elevates him from Class C to Class B.
Apparel & Accessories
Blue Rager wears a blue and white suit along with a full helmet that conceals his face, one which is themed to match the other members of his team. His chosen weapon is a whip with a high-powered stun gun integrated into it, which he can adjust to suit the circumstances.
