History

Valérie rose to power by consolidating the Farron Dynasty's influence in the wake of the Hyperion Dominion’s collapse. She orchestrated the assassination of Duchess Suzette Beaumont and her family in order to secure the throne. Since, she has laid claim to the throne of the Dominion, and waged war on surrounding duchies.

Valérie's charisma has won her significant support. However, her speed and ruthlessness in consolidating power has led some to see her as a ruthless despot. Others consider her a visionary whose strength is necessary for the survival of the Duchy.
