Temple of Tezca - Lirimidium
The Temple of Tezca is a Tabaxi only temple dedicated to the island's namesake.
Long ago, before the forming of The Enclave of the North, the Tabaxi tribes of Amaranthine (as Tezca was known at the time) bound together to defeat the ruling humans of the island in a bloody war. Under the guidance of the God Tezca, they defeated their enemies and took the land, renaming it after the Deity.
Worship in the temple of Tezca used to involve offering the heart of a human sacrifice at sunset, although this tradition has now faded in to obscurity. The temple still forbids any but Tabaxi from entering, however.
The temple is decorated with large metal faces, which roar with magical fire indefinitely.
