Liasatra Ketrinn
Liasatra is a High Elf with golden skin, white hair and purple eyes.
She wears coppery / golden armour over a light grey cloak which shines with purples, reds and oranges when struck with sunlight. Her armour is emblazoned with a symbol of the setting sun - an icon of Labelas Enoreth, her deity.
Liasatra was born on Shasselone and has spent most of her life on the island. Her father, Molinth, was a respected Wizard who taught at the Academy of Orne Lenora and her mother, Liasana, died shortly after she was born.
Liasatra spent the first century of her life as a student at the academy of Orne Lenora in the town of Imla's Gate. She did not share her father's natural magical aptitude and instead followed a more traditional academic path, focusing on history and religion.
During her studies, Liasatra discovered the location of the ancient city of Ketrinn hidden within old maps, forgotten to time in the vaults of Orne Lenora. This discovery was so prominent, that on her 100th birthday Liasatra adopted the name as her own, now known in her adult life as Liasatra Ketrinn.
Eziyal is Liasatra's younger half-brother, who has become a relatively well respected Wizard who is also stationed in Orne Lenora. Despite living near each other, they share little contact.
Shortly after her 200th birthday, Liasatra joined the Clergy of Labelas Enorath, the Lifegiver and deity of the passage of time and history. Over the next century she would spend much time assisting various archaeological operations in Ilyilone, Felmethas and even Calu (now Gespara).
By her mid 200's, Liasatra stationed herself more permanently at her home of Shasselone. She began teaching at Orne Lenora and earned herself a reputation as a particularly dry and un-engaging lecturer, despite the wealth of her knowledge.
During the Blink, her life remained much the same, secure on the small, wealthy island of Shasselone. News of refugees flooding Ilyilone did, however, amplify her mistrust in other races - a prejudice which had begun to fester after the revolution of Gespara.
By Liasatra's mid 400's, she began to feel an immense sense of wanderlust, as is common among elves. Nostalgic for her days spent at archaeological sites, she wished to visit more of the places that she now only read about. Uneasy with the idea of travelling South to The Old World and unwilling to brave Gomron, she opted to visit North Gespara. She announced to the academy that she was about to write an extensive research paper on lost Elven settlements in the now human dominated area, made her way to the docks of Imla's Gate, and set sail in the year of 2022 EC.
Reports claim that Liasatra was killed in North Gespara, only months after starting her expedition.
