Jeggre Al'Sect

The fabled leader of the Al'Sect, who landed on Tezca, the Amaranthine, long ago. Jeggre was killed in the war with the Fel'Gesparen.
After his death, his enchanted glaive, Dark-Silver was recovered and melted down. The metal was used to forge many rings, which were, according to legend, passed on to all remaining members of the Al'Sect. Despite it being highly unlikely that the spear contained enough metal to forge enough rings for all member, the Al'Sect swear that every ring that each of the Drow wear is made from the metal of this spear.
