Interdictor Class Star Destroyer

A modified Imperial I Star Destroyer the Interdictor Class Star Destroyer utilizes four massive gravity field projectors to draw enemies from hyperspace or prevent them from escaping into hyperspace. Built as a competitor to the Sienar Fleet Systems Immobilizer 418 cruiser the Interdictor Class Star Destroyer was certainly an upgrade from that ship, however with only half the firepower of an Imperial I class Star Destroyer she was far less capable of defending herself.
