Chateau Mubb

A winery estate originally founded in the year 20 BBY by Imperial Vice Admiral Lagris Eldbor. Over the years the Winery had fallen into neglect and lost popularity, that is until 8BBY when a young and ambitious Hilki Mubb arrived on Spintr.
Hilki received a parcel of land from late Vice Admiral Lagris Eldbor containing the now defunct winery in the southern end of nearby Spintr Valley, against the forested ridges of Mount Frostwall. There he founded Chateau Mubb and Winery, where the Mubb Vineyards reside today.  Very quickly wines from this new chateau found their way onto the Imperial Governor Heder Brant's table and soon following that it became a favorite of the Imperial Elite in the sector within weeks.  Hilki's noteworthy wines are now featured in the Galaxies Opera House on Coruscant and are served to some of the finest people of the city.
Chateau Mubb offers spectacular hill-top vistas, daily wine tasting, tours, a large gift shop,wine tasting classes, weddings and scheduled events. The Mubb's specialize in Alderaanian and Corellian wine varietals including their award winning Rossen Nirrok reserve. 
Along with his wife Luna, Hilki has set about creating a winery that leveraged tradition and technology in the service of crafting great vintages. The result is a 600-acre estate with 64 acres of vineyards that produce truly modern vintages, thanks to the technology harnessed in support of the art of wine making.
