Capsule: This ship is LSP’s most produced ship, It only holds 2 standard power cells, can only carry one of LSP’s standard modules and is absolutely helpless without a planetary base, space station or mother ship to operate from. However, literally hundreds of millions of these ships have been built. Any spaceport from the Core to the Mid-Rim likely has dozens of these ships running around it. They act as personnel shuttles, cargo lighters, bumboats, container handlers, firefighting craft, tugboats or any number of functions. If it can be imagined, and a sub-light craft can do it, then there is probably a LSP CM-50 modular cutter performing that task at any number of starports at any given time. They are also popular as dirt cheap landing craft and runabouts for large civillian vessels without the ability to enter an atmosphere on their own. They are fitted with only the minimal systems needed to be operated as a spacecraft under galactic law.
