The Society for Alternate Lifestyles' true intent is revealed, and they are forced to show their hand.

During the height of the Society for Alternate Lifestyles' influence and popularity, an unknown necromancer within the guild attempted an experiment involving infecting a Lycan with the Lycanthropy virus. This proved the most fatal mistake he would make, as the infection's control over an individual was linked to the physical effects, which Lycans turned out to be immune to, but the link to the creator of the strain was not. This fact was not discovered until the night of the full moon in the month of Dalos, when the necromancer in question attempted to gain control, but all that was gained was a very clear picture of the inside of the Society's guild hall - by the Lycan.   The Lycan shared this information with the ANS, who promptly published their findings in a broadcast to the world. However, the Society had been preparing for a subtle invasion of the world through hidden undead troops in capitals. Although this announcement forced them to move ahead of schedule, they order their forces to attack early, ambushing most major capitals on the Western Hemisphere, and ended up taking full control of almost a third of Earth in the process.   Their control firmly established, the Society revealed its true colors and demanded that all nations submit to their rule and declare Necromancy as a magic equal to all others, maybe even superior. This did not sit well with any nation, and they quickly formed an alliance that would later become the The Global Confederation, and openly declared war upon the Society.   The Society seemed to have the advantage at first, having a nearly infinite supply of soldiers that never need sleep or food, and can be brought back whenever they need more. However, as the fighting went on, their supply of stronger minions, which took longer to craft, began to dwindle, and they had to rely more and more on canon fodder enemies that were quicker and easier to make, but incredibly frail. The Allies also had the backing of the Elderon, who aided them with powerful healing, and by giving many of their holy warriors access to Holy Strike. The final blows, however, came when a series of missions undertaken by adventurers and ANS agents alike, with the goal of assassinating top Society generals, were accomplished at roughly the same time. With their masters fallen, the undead horde had no way to sustain itself, and collapsed instantly.
