General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 6+, Chef General Feat)
You gain the following benefits.
Ability Score Increase. Increase your Constitution or Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
‘Best’ Used By. You can extend the resources of your vessel to last longer. When you prepare meals using Cook’s Utensils, you reduce the cost of raw materials by 10%.
Feast. Once per 40 days, you can craft a special feast for the crew of your vessel in an appropriate kitchen using Cook’s Utensils. This feast has a number of servings equal to ten times your proficiency bonus, and takes one hour to prepare and 10 gp of materials for every twenty servings to be crafted.
Medium creatures require one serving. Creatures size Large or greater require two servings. Small or lesser creatures require half a serving, rounding down for the total of all such creatures. A creature may consume the relevant number of servings over the course of a short rest. If the short rest is completed uninterrupted, the creature instantly heals a number of hit dice equal to the crafter’s proficiency bonus, and becomes well fed.
While well fed whenever a creature completes a long rest, it gains a number of temporary hit points equal to the crafter's level. In addition, while well fed an individual gains a +2 bonus to saving throws against any effects or spells that would apply the charmed or frightened conditions. Lastly, if the creature has had ten long rests since gaining becoming well fed, it is no longer well fed after gaining the above bonuses.
