Dendar's worshippers form Sacred Orders dedicated to the world eater across known wildspace. Counting Yuan-Ti among them, they are also often Lizardfolk, and.other humanoid races.
The orders rarely communicate with each other, and indeed sometimes fall into conflict. Their reputation among the wildspace community is as a general bother at best, a big problem at worst. They are rarely openly tolerated at settlements.
