General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 4+, Spellcasting or Pact Magic Feature)
You gain the following benefits.
Ability Score Increase. Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Offensive Mastery. When you make a spell attack against an opposing vessel you gain advantage on attack rolls, and ignore the target vessels Damage Threshold. When you critically hit an opposing vessel with a spell attack roll, you roll on the siege weapon critical effects table.
Magical Destroyer. When you target an opposing vessel with an offensive spell that normally does not require an attack roll but allows a saving throw (such as fireball or lightning bolt), you may choose to make a spell attack roll against the opposing vessel. If you do so, you do not gain advantage on the attack roll from Offensive Mastery. If the spell attack misses the spell dissipates with no effect and the action, Bonus Action, or Reaction used to cast it is wasted. If that spell was cast with a spell slot, the slot isn’t expended.
