Church of Law

The church of Nova is decicated to law, order, and the functional society this supports. While internal debate rages among the clergy over the best methods, the most common members of Nova's faithful servants are those who wear the badge of Star Marshall and have sworn divine oaths. Nearly every civilised port has a church of law, many of which exist symbiotically with a Marshalls office. Where possible the church exerts power to ensure such an office is lead by an ordained Star Marshall, but in some less cooperative areas their power is less overt.
