Blackrock Lizardfolk Tribes

The lizardfolk tribes of Blackrock Cove are spread across asteroids, ironwood groves, and spaceweed moonlets. They are the most varied of species represented in the area, with only the varied Karkinos species coming close to their diversity.
They are gathered into tribes by species, led by chieftains of mixed genders and backgrounds, and band together under a singular warchief when circumstances are dire. This position is usually a momentary posting, awarded by strengrh of numbers or martial prowess.
As most of the species of lizardfolk do not share the same verbal language (owing mostly to biological structures), they share a sign language based on the draconic language. This serves a double purpose as being silent when stalking their prey.
