The Wingless Phoenix

One of the titles known as Mantles, this can only be bestowed by the eldest phoenix. It is given to one who is considered to be phoenix in everything but body. Even within their soul burns the ever cycling flame that is seen within these legendary birds. As such, they are considered to be their mortal tie to these plains, speaking on their behalf and being granted certain benefits to be able to do their jobs.
