Term: Dress Sphere

A special unit or item of clothing from any brand or design which has been especially infused with Leray magical properties, which allow that clothing item and all of its counter-parts to remain impervious to damage of any kind at all times as is maintained by the veil of protection. Leray wielders all specifically purchase and wear various types of dress spheres for battle, so that damage from combat and spells never cut, burn, dissolve, or destroy any articles of clothing. This invisible aura of permanent protection however is known to be removed the moment the clothing item is either outside the confines of any acceptable veil of magic, or if held in a supply sphere after being taken away from a valid veil. Corruption in item synthesis may also result in the removal of this protection.
