Kalamo (Kah-lam-o)

A small country southeast of the pacific ocean, directly south from Sprawn Valley. Kalamo has had a long history of powerful monarch deities and shifts in the balances of power over the once rich land. Though the nation has always drifted closer towards the political state of a dictatorship, the rich natural resources and fertile soils were often the drive for ownership. But in modern times, the rush to control Kalamo has slowed, while most of the economy and life style is based on the commodity of fishery. (Pronunciation: “Kah-lam-o”)
