LaKeith Hays

A vampire from Clan Ravnos and leader of the San Francisco Anarch cell. One of the movement's few survivors from the city's Anarch Revolt in 1944, he's led the Anarchs for the past half-century maintaining a stable truce with the Camarilla for the past half-century.
In 1995 he betrayed the Anarchs, joining the Sabbat in their effort to locate and diablerize the methuseleh Ulugh Begh. He attended the ritual in 1996, but he was torn to shreds by Patrick Holt when the coterie interrupted things.
