David 'Four Eyes' Hill

A Las Vegas native and crew member on multiple heists throughout the region. Known for his versatile skillset and weaponry, when a couple members from his crew were killed in the Vegas World Massacre he sensed something was off and decided to investigate things further. He helped Eleanor Seagraves and Kate Li hunt and murder the vampire prince of Las Vegas Moe Green in the summer of 1994. 
He went into hiding not long after the assault, but his luck ran out in 1996 when Jeanette Voerman hunted him down in connection to the 'death' of her sister Therese during the attack on Moe Green.

• 8/21/94: David was shot through the abdomen and shoulder during a gunfight with Moe Green's guards at a Las Vegas wine bar. He avoided certain death thanks to quick medical assistance from a backalley doctor named Kasey.
