Cassandra Phelps
A member of the SCP Foundation and former head of psychology at Site 40. She oversaw a team of more than a dozen on-site psychologists and counselors, but she preferred to personally treat SCP agents who have encountered horrifying and madness-inducing phenomena on their missions.
In the fall of 1993 she attempted to cover up an incident where one of her psychologists coerced an agent to go on an unauthorized mission to Salt Lake City, UT, but the fiasco was quickly uncovered by Site 40's leadership. She was fired along with her entire psychology department, relocated to Site ██ for menial administrative work.
