Tigrans

Tigrans are feline humanoids mostly living in the deserts of south-western Zang. They equally share the Duhn Empire with the Nagarians.

Basic Information

Anatomy

They have short fur all over their body, a cat-like head and a long tail. Their feet are more cat-like and their hands are more human-like, but with sharp talons.

Genetics and Reproduction

One pregnancy results in the birth of at least two, usually up to four children. Out of that litter the first to leave the nother's womb is considered the firstborn, the others, while not much younger, are not considered any different from children born after the first litter. Their life expectancy is comparable to humans.

Dietary Needs and Habits

They feed mostly on fish or crops grown on the river. Of these two species Tigrans are the better chefs due to their eating habits.

Civilization and Culture

Culture and Cultural Heritage

The original faith of Tigrans has been lost due to the introduction of the Duhn Empire and the deification of the Emperor. Now Tigrans, just like Nagarians, worship their leader, the Emperor, as their god and his word is law and truth. Everything that he does is right and his words have to be followed. There are priests that are devoted to care for the Emperors personal needs and preach his words and laws to the people.
