Makami Hideko

Hideko is an enforcer for The Y reporting directly to Lady Whiteflower.
He is a middle aged Japanese man, stockily built, calm and unflappable, with a slow seeming inevitability about him.  When sent to hunt someone down he does not chase them, he just keeps on at his own pace and is unstoppable.
He is stronger and more resistant to damage then he looks suggesting some kind of subtle cyberware or other modifications.    His right middle finger's upper joint is definitely cybernetic, being the weighted end of a monofilament wire that he swings in combat to sever limbs and heads.
