Lady Whiteflower

Lady Whiteflower is a member of The Y and one of the local Oyabun (bosses). While caucasian American by birth she has had surgery to appear more Japanese which has given her a vaguely plastic appearance. She's in her fifties, tall and slim with a graceful dignity.
She wears sharp business suits and does not make a point of showing her Y tattoos.
She conducts her illegal business as though it was legitimate corporate dealing and expects professionalism from her business partners. When she orders someone killed it is always after careful consideration and done dispassionately. She operates out of offices in Channel Studio
