Triskele Knights
Dogma of Trithereon
Structure
Class I: Grand Master
Twelve Grand Masters, all paladins, form a council which directs the Triskele Knights.
Class II: Commander
Commanders have a number of sub-classifications which regard different areas of administration, but are generally tasked with regional organization of Knights and their Officers.
Class III: Officer
Officers serve as team leaders of small units of Knights, typically four strong but otherwise within a range of 3-6. They are responsible for training, personal appearance, and cleanliness of Knights.
Class IV: Knight
Knights form the majority of the Triskele Knights population, and generally take orders from Officers. Different sub-classes of Knights may be entrusted with different responsibilities: some are spies, some take post in small towns without militias, some hunt monsters in teams, and some do all of the above, among other things.
Class V: Squire
Squires are minors with an interest in the Knights and an aptitude for becoming one. Officers and senior Knights- and very rarely, Commanders- may take on such a protégé, tasking them with chores in exchange for room and board while they mentor them. Squires may participate in some missions, but are non-combatants.
Public Agenda
Assets
Aside from selling their own goods and labor, the Triskele Knights are primarily funded by donations, such as those from allied cities, philanthropists, and fundraisers. The Knights may also seize assets from captured bandits, pirates, and the like when appropriate.
The Knights are lodged in Castle Kane, which has a capacity of a couple thousand. Here, the Knights store their gold and create their own weapons and armor. The vineyards surrounding the castle are used to make wine, which is sold to maintain the organization.
