Physical Description
Paprika is somewhat tall and in good physical condition. She's fairly muscular, able to deftly wield her war hammer.
Angular, heart shaped face dotted with freckles with a slightly pointed chin and an aquiline nose. Ears are somewhat elongated with pointed tips, standard of a half-elf. She has chin-length bangs that fall on both sides of her face, and when her hair is down it comes past her shoulders.
Paprika's firey red hair, height, and half-elf features make her easily identifiable.
Bounces her leg when she thinks no one is looking. Tends to chew her hair when very anxious, on the rare occasion she wears it down.
Given Paprika's connection to
Trithereon as a paladin, she is allowed to channel a small fraction of his divine power.
Off duty, Paprika prefers to wear functional and comfortable boots, pants, and tunics. Her hair is almost always up to keep it neat, and she often sports a colorful headband. Around her neck she wears a triskelion pendant.
Paprika wears the standard armor of the Triskele Knights, made of very dark gray iron with white and blue cloth and accents. Over her triskelion pendant she wears a long and somewhat old and tattered black scarf. She often has her favored weapon, her war hammer, and a few javelins.
Mental characteristics
Childhood
Paprika was born in the town of Bone Gap, a poor, isolated fishing village along the Yahara River.
Adolescence
At 15, she joined the Triskele Knights as a squire.
Adulthood
When she came of age at 16, Paprika formally joined the Triskele Knights, eventually swearing an Oath of Vengeance to Trithereon and becoming a paladin.
The Triskele Knights filled in the gaps of the basic education she received from her hometown community. She has an average knowledge of the world, understanding standard arithmetic, science, and literature, and has an enriched education in combat, politics, and history.
Year 95-96: Squire of the Triskele Knights
As a squire, Paprika was mentored by Zariel Ibori in the ways of the Knights, tasked with various chores that would build skills necessary for such a role.
Year 96-Present: Knight of the Triskele Knights
As a Knight, is it Paprika's job to coordinate with her order and bring aid to those who request it and strike down corrupt individuals and organizations.
Bears a deep regret for her past failure to mete out justice to her sworn enemy.
Paprika holds to the tenets of Trithereon and to the tenets of her Oath as a paladin of vengeance. She has made it her purpose in life to help the people and improve their lives while punishing evil.

Tenets of Vengeance
Fight the Greater Evil. Faced with a choice of fighting my sworn foes or combating a lesser evil, I choose the greater evil.
No Mercy for the Wicked. Ordinary foes might win my mercy, but my sworn enemies do not.
By Any Means Necessary. My qualms can't get in the way of exterminating my foes.
Restitution. If my foes wreak ruin on the world, it is because I failed to stop them. I must help those harmed by their misdeeds.
Personality Characteristics
Vengeance against the wicked and justice for the people both drive Paprika, in addition to a more personal desire for revenge...
Paprika has a degree of confidence when in leadership positions that make her come off as reliable and approachable. Much less confident with small talk, she often appears aloof or awkward in general conversation.
Her favorite food is roasted grapefruit. Dislikes crowds and cacophony.
Paprika holds fast to her principles and is quite compassionate.
Puts too much faith in those who wield power in her organization's hierarchy.
Some degree of cleithrophobia, though it becomes significantly more intense in scenarios where she is deliberately caged.
Averts her face when significantly embarrassed or flustered as she struggles with eye contact.
Paprika enjoys cleanliness, specifically in regard to herself and her equipment. Though generally dismissive of indulgence, she loves visiting bathhouses. When it comes to tidiness, her living quarters, sparse as they are, tend to be rather messy.
Social
Has a small group of friends from the Triskele Knights and has a good relationship with her squad. Still close with her Captain, Zariel Ibori, who mentored her when she was a Squire.
Paprika worships Trithereon, and acts as a Paladin in his name and with his blessing.
Paprika is confident handling social situations relevant to her line of work- she was trained do undertake such tasks, after all. On a personal level, however, she finds herself anxious without a script or sense of what she is supposed to say. As a paladin and as a Knight, Paprika is charismatic and polite, but as herself, she is awkward and somewhat unapproachable.
With a deep respect for her line of work, it's important to Paprika to present a good image of herself and her order. When working or around others, she maintains good posture, a stoic expression, and an air of respect and humility. On her own, her body language reflects her tiredness.

Loves stories in all their forms, though books are the most accessible. Occasionally goes fishing during her downtime.
Paprika generally has a serious tone and keeps her voice even.
Poor for most of her life and somewhat jaded by her perceived selfishness of the upper class, Paprika has never had many funds and has little interest in amassing more than she needs. A career with the Triskele Knights supports a modest lifestyle, which is good enough for her.
