Level 5 Bastion
In the corner of the lesser market of the Rock there is a nondescript cluster of buildings. Made from simple wood and stone with clay tile roof it has some shops on the outside and an old bell tower converted into a home. There's small passageways that lead into the interior of the old Thieves' Guild with a large room in the center outfitted with a wooden table covered in maps, notes and documents.
In the side chambers there are simple facilities like a kitchen, bedrooms and sanitation. There is also some storage rooms available and stables for 4 riding animals.

Special Facilities
Level 5 Bastion Special Facility
A room with a large table with maps, notes and documents collected by a friendly spy network. It can have a board for brainstorming, cabinets for storing evidence, scroll cases and various tools for planning. A trusty ally or hireling can operate this room to control a spy network.
Bastion Action: Once a week, roll a 1d100 and you have a chance to learn something through the spy network. The DM will read the result from the Spy action table.
When using this room to strategise the party gains a d4 to any skill checks made when executing the plan. You can only have 1 active plan in terms of use of the d4.
