Government reforms

These reforms aim to update certain aspects of government that were made obsolete, including all the agencies that were responsible for colonization or expansion. Indeed, it is around this period that the Republic reaches its maximum expansion and can no longer colonize other planets which makes this type of agency obsolete. They are all replaced by the Federal Agency for Development Strategies which depends on the Department of National Development. A reform of the judicial system is also implemented with the creation of the post of the Director of Justice in charge of the administration of the Republican Supreme Court. The latter is appointed by the RSC as such from a list of candidates provided by an independent commission and is responsible for appointing the judges of the RSC. These reforms aim to make the judiciary even more independent.
