These reforms aim to update certain aspects of government that were made obsolete, including all the agencies that were responsible for colonization or expansion. Indeed, the Republic reaches its maximum expansion approximately two decades earlier and can no longer colonize other habitable planets which makes this type of agency obsolete. Other reforms are put in place on other aspects of the government to simplify its administration and make it much more efficient.
