Emperor

The mode of governance of the Onatach is very little known, the only information known to date is the fact that it is led by an emperor elected by a parliament called the Imperial Assembly. This information was obtained by the Republic thanks to the Holy Kingdom of Katho and during the negotiations of the peace treaty which saw the only official meeting in history between the two entities. Indeed, the delegation apparently declared that it was signing the peace treaty on behalf of the Emperor. As for the Assembly, it is by the Holy Kingdom of Katho that we have heard of its existence.
