Structure
The Alvorian Empire is the potential union between the following countries:
The government is a council of nations with real clout to enact policy across all nations of the Empire. While the Alvorian Union does not dissolve the current member nations of the Empire, it does supersede them. However the leaders of each nation forms a seat on the council body of the Empire allowing policy to be equal among its nation states.
Culture
There is no one culture of the empire as many nations form the whole of its existence. However as the empire does grow many are attempting to create a new identity. No longer Agilean, Snovemdomas, or Kambuchkan but Alvorian.
Public Agenda
The goal of the empire to to spread to the stars in part to defend their systems but also to seek those whom had attacked them. The Alvorians particularly the Eris among them have resolved to spread the word of the unity to all that would hear it, while all have united to deliver vengeance to those whom would attack the empire or it citizens.
Assets
The eventual goal of the empire is to finish construction of a massive starbase near the Alvoria starsystem in the heart of the empires territory. This station would serve as the capital of the new nation.
History
The Alvorian Empire is the union of many nations proposed by Empress Yda Vas'Zosrei of the Agilean Empire to help bridge the gaps between the cooperating nations. This was proposed as the next step in their cooperation to help better coordinate technology, resources, and military might in a way that is does not benefit one nation more than the other member states.
It is also stated that the Empress was using the Erissi's power as an example and as leverage in suggesting the union, so the other member states may be given more resources to catch up and level the playing field in the empire.
Technological Level
The empire devotes a high degree of its resources to advancement both on a domestic and militaristic level. Over time this has become a one of the core elements of the movement known as the 'unity' in the Agilean member state.
Foreign Relations
The empire seeks mostly cordial relations if it can be obtained, aiming to spread the Unity to the other nations it comes into contact with. However this is not to be mistaken for weakness, the empire is ruthlessly persistent in dealing with slights to its power, authority, or defense of its citizens.
Overall foreign relations with the empire can range from rough to cordial. Often the empire will seek collaboration with species that are less advanced than themselves, opting to help elevate them and gain their trust thus integrating them into the empire while allowing some form self governance. This will often be overseen by the Heralds of the Unity.
Those of equal advancement or higher advancement might gain the interest of the empire if only to close the gap for their own safety. They may still ultimately try to propose a spot within the unity to them.
Hostility to the empire is met with the same on their own part and those known to have attacked empire holdings will dray heavy ire from the unity.
Education
Education within the empire is a high priority, often citizens will have considerable resources to pursue a career path. Given the neural links of most citizens programs exist that will analyze the mind for the most efficient and desirable career.
