Royal Advisor Shikoi Sapientia
The oldest fairy in Papiliosidus would have to be Shikoi, not counting the Immortal Fairy Hunter of Nature, he is the current royal adviser and god father of Gretal. He is a kind and wise man, patient and caring, he does not fault the rulers for not listening to him and he had always left time in his busy schedule for his god daughters. He is one of the best magical users there is too, being the famed: Zodiac Dart, he is one of the best students in Tenebris Academy.
He not only brought Mainland to victory during the War for Mainland and the best friend of the late King Daren, he also help create the book of spells and put his knowledge into the Containment Pendant that will allow Gretal to continue learning despite being far away from home.

He doesn't reveal much about his past due to not caring about what happened.
There are major experiences however that made him into the fairy today.
His father was a traveller, one of the long living ones, he taught Shikoi the wisdom he knows today and told him that they only have one body and one life to live and should make the best of it. He was a family fairy anyway, never allowing his freedom to cut into family time. He was very prominent in teleporting magic. Until he didn't come back.
Shikoi knew it was going to happen some time, he was 18 so he had a long time to prepare himself. But his younger brother had worse luck than he does as he was 10 and was confused as to why his father was never waking up again.
Shikoi had to watch his younger brother destroy himself, became a scientist to try and come up with a way for one to live forever. His mother resorted to drinking Temero and died young, leaving him and his brother behind.
Though peace existed between the countries, there were other things that could traumatize a fairy, though it didn't happen to Shikoi due to his promotion to Royal Advisor it happened to his younger brother.
His younger brother took his life when he was appointed a new ruler. He regrets not spending more time with his family and trying to bring them together but didn't dwell on it more a long time.
Shikoi had spent his life teaching and studying in Pelagus Academy, optimistic enough to find light through his broken family.
Some of his students never listened to him, he never blamed them, nor did he blame himself. Because his father told him that he shouldn't let anything around him stop from being happy.
That is what he did when Gretal and her sisters were born and was content with saving their lives rather than his own. Having no regrets.
His magic remained however, though his original body wouldn't remember anything.
