Pelagus Town
Pelagus Town (oppidum pelagus, ]\♧°□{•) is the capital of Mainland, the third most popular city in Papiliosidus, standing in the near middle of the continent Terra. Previously known as the town of Irk in the Dark Country, it is given to Mainland as a base during The War for Mainland (TWM) and now used as Mainland's capital.

The Royal Family is in charge of running the place, the second power being their Royal Advisor or Marshal
Infrastructure
The town has factories and mills that use magic and wind, no waste given. The source of water being the southern port and town, Crystalin City and the Canus River which is untouched by fairy hands, the source of water being a pipe at the bottom leading to a filter for the tap systems in the town. There is a park at the southern side of the town which is around 3.5 km² in size. Fairies do not produce water waste so usually
