Immortals are those born for the sake of Immortality and creations and enforcing the laws of reality. They are the higher order and their word is gospel.

Qualifications

Most common qualifications include those who can do a level 5 spell or is a level 5 magical warrior

To be an Immortal, you just need the blessing of one Immortal just before the body draws it's last breath, at first it was hidden and none of the Immortals talked about it until the murder of Gretal

It is kept a secret and only among the Immortals.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

There is no way to remove or dismiss an Immortal, take Luna, the renegade Immortal for example, even if she was chained to the moon facing the earth, she is still the Immortal of the moon albeit the moons never change nor get destroyed and can be easily taken by civilisation.
