Vallhallan League

A military dictatorship in Wild Space, the Vallhallan realm is heavily supported by the Colonial Earth Empire and the Corporate Assembly. They recieve a great amount of financial and material support to act as an antagnoistic and destablizing force on the border of Sovereign Space and in Wild Space as a whole. The Realm is heavily invested in restoring the greater Thondorian kingdoms. It is primarily focused on waging a series of border wars on nearby systems. The war parties organized by powerful officers allow them to win influence and control at home, making them celebrities among the common folk.

Structure

The Realm is a fascist dictatorship, ran by an alliance of the military officer class and wealthy industrial plutocrats. The plutocrats fund and provide patronage certain officers they want to put into power. The military engages of regular purges of the industrialists, usually at the instigation of far-right reactionary militias in the rural parts of the planet. It is a brutal internal structure, violent from top to bottom. The Grand Premier, the highest position of power in the Realm, is regularly assassinated. Rival militias clash in the streets, usually over miniscule disagreements about land. The whole system would have likely collapsed decades ago if not for the generous funding provided by the Colonial Earth Empire and the loot gathered in their violent outbursts into Wild Space.
