The unidentified criminal, commonly known by the moniker Echo, is a notorious hacker and informant in the galaxy’s criminal underworld. They have a large extended network of contacts and informants that they can dig information from. They have a deep knowledge of The Cyber Web especially the darker corners of it.

Not much is known about Echo’s physical appearance as whenever they need to communicate with someone they wear a mask and voice modulator during meetings and videos and mostly communicate over text.

Nothing is known about Echo’s childhood or personal life, neither by the government nor by the common person. Their true identity is unknown. They are wanted by the Galactic Coalition and the Coalition Law Enforcement for their criminal activities.

Employment

The hacker emerged in 2409 when they started obtaining and selling information, mostly private information, like IDs, banking info, and the like to anyone with money. The first notable occurrence of theirs was when they sold information and false identifications to a criminal trying to assassinate members of the Coalition House of Representatives.

Since then, Echo has popped up being affiliated with multiple crimes and occurrences on account of selling information or tech that was used during them.

Personality Characteristics

Not much can be gleaned about the Echo’s personality from the available information but it can be assumed that they are a cold and hardened criminal with loose morals and high intelligence.
