A member of the Somur Diplomacy Comity and is also Mif’s aunt. She is, in her heart, a diplomate, and sometimes too kind for her own good. She is famous for being fearless when investigating colonies and interaction with the locals, as well as being rather attractive in her younger days. Üstün İnsan is by far the most recognizable somur in the galaxy, due to her habit of frankly, not giving a damn about standard somuran diplomacy protocol. She frequently visits Concordia IX to iron out navigation routes, shipping lanes, and casino yachts around the Mother Fleet. She also descends into the slums regularly to check up on her niece, who is still missing on the surface. Despite all this, she is a somur in her heart, and does not use her real name. Üstün is a fan of Mikulag cuisine and Ecksosheran sweet tea.
