Administration
Though they are functionally the gods of Soulbank, Administrators seem to prefer ruling with a light touch. Most overt decisions are handled by User-lead factions appointed to Helios, allegedly based on a shifting social algorithm used by the Administrator members. The Admins tend to reward "engaging" User behavior with Coin and access to Authority, generally treating social influence as a sort of public mandate.
Culture
Administrators are known for being inscrutable, paralogical beings, so descriptions of their culture are difficult. Some believe that they are bound by hard coding that has become self-contradictory, but whatever their purpose, it seems to revolve around User desires and the lost Era of Purpose. Many Users who regularly encounter Administrators tend to recount a strange combination of amusement and annoyance toward Users in general.
