Moonlight

The full moon shined on the fields, as the two young lovers looked back down the hill they had climbed together to their village. At the summit, there was no light pollution to speak of, and one could clearly see the northern lights dancing across the sky. Finn looked at Kali to find her staring back at him, patiently waiting with a small smile on her face. He looked at her, her face only a few inches away, and felt his heart start beating faster. Kali threw back her head and laughed, pulling away before leaning up next to him and laying her head in his lap. They sat like that for a while, enjoying each others presence and watching the moonlit sky.
