Vester Arkannen

Vester Arkannen is a wood-elf in his 4th century. He has flowing golden hair, piercing ochre eyes, and a tall and imposing stature. He wears ornate armour of beautiful green and gold. He is slow to trust outsiders, but will treat others with dignity and respect until they are proven untrustworthy, even if he is slightly on the cold side.
Vester is the Captain of the Willowfen Guard, and is a lesser member of the Druidic Council who provides advisement on matters of security and defense. Many of his reports are informed by Wayfarer Auraste of the Concord. He is very attuned to nature.
