Sorrend

Sorrend was once a world of beauty, peace, and magic, brimming with verdant life. Even now, Sorrend is rife with magical energy. Magic users are found across the world, with those most powerful rising to positions of authority and government. The five continents mostly enjoy relative peace within and between one another, but the world is changing.   Over the last 300 years a Blight has been sweeping across the land, with seemingly unknown origins. Monsters and beasts have grown inexplicably aggressive and agitated, where they once coexisted peacefully with the peoples of Sorrend. The High Kingdom of Roborr and the Coven of Eight work together to uncover answers about the nature of the Blight, but have made little headway. One thing, however, is abundantly clear: Sorrend is dying.
